  • Dr. RJ Chaudhary is a Consultant Hepatobiliary and Liver Transplant Surgeon in Apollo Hospitals, Navi Mumbai. He was previously working as a Consultant in Medanta Liver Institute, Gurugram (2018-2022, 5 yrs).

  • He started his journey in the field of Liver Transplantation in the year 2014 and since then, he is involved in >1000 Liver Transplants and >300 complex hepatobiliary surgeries.

  • As a Consultant, he has performed >700 Liver transplantation surgeries including Living Donor Liver Transplantation (LDLT), Deceased Donor Liver Transplantation (DDLT) in both Adult and Paediatric age groups.

  • He was a key member in developing the laparoscopic and robotic Liver surgery program in Medanta. He was Surgeon in charge of Medanta Lucknow liver transplant program.
